My brain injury was the result of a motorcycle accident in 2012. After being released from the hospital with very little information about life after brain injury, I quickly found that things were different. Very different.

Moving forward on my own with little help from the medical community, I learned valueable lessons about facing brain injury failures, building from them, and appreciating the small, sometimes microscopic progress on the brain injury journey.

I've added training to my personal experience to support survivors and caregivers and help them make the most of their new normal after brain injury.

My brain injury has affected my energy resources or my attention span. Is this course right for me?

Yes! I designed the course to be simple and straight forward. Each module video is brief: 10-12 minutes with some being shorter.

Watch the video and do the exercise (most of them are brief, but powerful). Then rest and come back when you are ready for the next module.

You also have ongoing access to the course. Take as long as you need to watch it.

I'm a caregiver with very little time to myself. What can I get from the course?

First, let me express my appreciation for you walking alongside your loved one as they walk the recovery path.

Second, failures and setbacks happen for caregivers, and they contribute to the frustration and burn out they experience. But I probably don't have to tell you that.

You can use the principles and tools in the course and apply them to your role as a caregiver. The modules are short, 10-12 minutes (some are shorter), so you can watch them and do the exercises when you have just a few minutes.

I'm confident that you can take something from Flight from Failure and use it to be kinder and more patient with yourself, lighten your load, and strengthen your resilience and motivation.
